Cultural Happenings: World Cup

LifeTRAVELED brought our exchange visitors together at the Stadium Club at Caribe Royale to watch a World Cup match, and it was such a fun experience for everyone. Watching soccer is always exciting, but it is even better when you are surrounded by people who genuinely love the game.

The room was full of energy from the start. We had exchange visitors wearing jerseys representing Ecuador, Spain, the U.S., and other countries they were excited to support. Everyone was cheering for their teams and having fun with a little friendly competition. When Ecuador won, our Ecuadorian participants were especially excited, and it was great to see them celebrating together.

Everyone enjoyed food, watched the game on the big screens, and spent time playing in the interactive game areas. It gave participants a chance to meet new people and connect with others from different cultures.

We ended up having more people attend than expected, but everyone was able to enjoy themselves and be part of the event. I really enjoyed seeing participants from different backgrounds come together over something as simple as a soccer match.

It was more than just watching a game. It was a chance for our exchange visitors to share their culture, make new friends, and feel connected to a larger international community.
